Who qualifies for a Trade account?
Practicing architects, interior designers, general contractors, installers, design-build firms, and dealers or showrooms. If you specify, build, or resell sauna, you qualify. Apply and we’ll confirm your trade credentials.
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. The Trade Program is free — you’re unlocking trade pricing and the document library, not paying a membership fee.
How long until I’m approved?
Most accounts are reviewed within one business day. Once approved, your Trade pricing appears automatically when you sign in with a one-time code — no password to manage.
How does trade pricing work?
Your Trade price shows automatically once you’re signed in, across thermally modified poplar, the Järvi line, heaters, and accessories. Larger specs and dealer volume qualify for additional project pricing — ask your project contact.
Can I get samples and spec files?
Yes. Request a studio sample kit of light and dark thermal poplar, and download CSI specs, CAD / Revit details, and EPDs straight from your dashboard.
Can my whole firm share access?
Yes — add colleagues to your firm’s account so quotes, orders, and saved specs stay in one place instead of one person’s inbox. Tell us during onboarding.
Do you offer the AIA continuing-education course?
We do — “Designing the Modern Sauna” is registered for 1 LU/HSW. Trade members can book it as a lunch-and-learn for the office, in person or remote.
