Electric-heated models require a 240V electrical connection completed by a licensed electrician. The 4x6, 5x6, and 5x7 include their floor panel and are the most straightforward to site; from the 6x8 up, the floor and roof are not included, so you'll want to plan your foundation and any roof structure with your installer before delivery — this actually works in your favor on the larger sizes, letting you integrate the sauna into an existing deck or patio instead of accepting a fixed footprint.
