Finnleo Infrared (IR) Heating System — IS402
Finnleo's IS402 Infrared Heating System lets you transform any permanently installed residential sauna in the 175–310 cubic foot range into a dual-mode wellness sanctuary. By adding three low-EMR infrared emitter panels alongside your existing traditional heater, you gain the freedom to choose between a classic high-heat Finnish session and a gentle, lower-temperature infrared session — all in the same room. The IS402's three-panel configuration delivers broad radiant coverage across wider wall surfaces, enveloping bathers in consistent infrared heat from multiple angles. Infrared heat radiates directly into the body rather than simply warming the surrounding air, producing deep perspiration at a more comfortable ambient temperature that many bathers find easier to tolerate for longer periods. The kit includes three IR-160-240 infrared emitter panels and a contactor box, ready to integrate cleanly into your sauna's existing tongue-and-groove walls.

The IS402 includes three IR-160-240 emitter panels, delivering greater radiant coverage across wider wall surfaces compared to the single-panel IS401. Both models cover the same 175–310 cu ft room range at 2.3 kW IR output paired with a 6.0 kW traditional heater — choose the IS402 when you want maximum infrared exposure from multiple angles. Room height must be between 81" and 84". All electrical installation must be performed by a licensed electrician per NEC requirements.
