Finnleo Infrared (IR) Heating System — IS601
Finnleo's IS601 Infrared Heating System lets you transform any permanently installed residential sauna in the 250–425 cubic foot range into a dual-mode wellness sanctuary. By adding a single low-EMR infrared emitter panel alongside your existing traditional heater, you gain the freedom to choose between a classic high-heat Finnish session and a gentle, lower-temperature infrared session — all in the same room. Infrared heat radiates directly into the body rather than simply warming the surrounding air, producing deep perspiration at a more comfortable ambient temperature that many bathers find easier to tolerate for longer periods. The IS601 kit includes one IR-160-240 infrared emitter panel and a contactor box, ready to integrate cleanly into your sauna's existing tongue-and-groove walls.

The IS601 includes one mid-size IR-160-240 emitter panel, delivering 3.0 kW of infrared output paired with an 8.0 kW traditional heater — making it well suited for larger residential sauna rooms up to 425 cubic feet. For the same room size range with greater radiant coverage across wider wall surfaces, see the IS602, which includes three IR-160-240 panels. Room height must be between 81" and 84". All electrical installation must be performed by a licensed electrician per NEC requirements.
