Finnleo SL2-IS Control - 60-Minute Timer
The Finnleo SL2-IS Control is the dedicated SaunaLogic2® platform engineered specifically for InfraSauna systems and combination rooms that pair traditional Finnish heat with infrared panels. Featuring the same sleek glass touchscreen interface found across the SaunaLogic2® family, the SL2-IS lets bathers switch seamlessly between Traditional Sauna mode and Infrared Sauna mode from a single control, making it the ideal choice for hybrid sauna rooms designed for mixed bathing sessions.
Dual-Mode Touchscreen Control
At the heart of the SL2-IS is a water-resistant, full-glass touchscreen that displays time, temperature, lighting, and system status at a glance. A dedicated Infrared/Traditional toggle icon allows users to switch heating modes instantly. In Traditional Sauna mode, the control operates the sauna heater up to a typical bathing temperature of 150°F to 165°F. In Infrared Sauna mode, the control manages the infrared panels with a default and maximum setting of 149°F (65°C), adjustable between 110°F and 149°F, with a typical bathing range of 115°F to 125°F. The control also compensates for starting conditions, noting that ambient temperatures below 70°F may cause the infrared system to heat more slowly.
60-Minute Timer with Pre-Set Delay
This version of the SL2-IS is equipped with a 60-minute session timer, adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes in either heating mode, so bathers can dial in the exact session length they want. A pre-set delayed start feature allows the sauna to be scheduled up to 24 hours in advance, so the room is warm and ready the moment you want to use it. All time and temperature adjustments are automatically remembered by the heater for the next session; if power is lost and restored, the control returns to its factory default settings for safety.

Heater and Electrical System Compatibility
The SL2-IS Control is purpose-built for Finnleo InfraSauna systems and hybrid rooms that combine a traditional electric sauna heater with infrared heating panels, supporting room sizes of roughly 100 to 425 cubic feet. The control is designed to connect to CB 14-1 or CB 15-1 contactor boxes, which supply the correct power routing and safety switching for combination infrared/traditional heater setups. Because contactor box sizing depends on your heater's kW rating, voltage, and phase, it's important to confirm the exact heater and control pairing before ordering; our sauna specialists can verify compatibility using your heater model and electrical service information.

The SL2-IS shares its refined, minimalist glass-touch design language with the rest of the SaunaLogic2® lineup: a slim, low-profile panel that mounts cleanly inside or near the sauna room without disrupting its aesthetic. The control is engineered to withstand the humidity and heat cycling of both traditional and infrared bathing environments, and its ETL listing confirms it has been safety-tested for permanent installation in North American sauna rooms. Every unit ships with the sensor wiring and hardware needed for a complete, professional installation.
