Harvia Club 10 kW Commercial Sauna Heater
The Harvia Club 10 kW Commercial Sauna Heater is the 10-kilowatt variant of Harvia's commercial-grade floor-standing sauna heater, rugged stainless steel housing with industrial-grade stainless heating elements. Available in 240V 1-Phase or 208V 3-Phase service. Pairs with the external Harvia Xenio CX30 Xenio Smart Control power unit (bundled in Tier 2 and Tier 3) for digital scheduling, WiFi/MyHarvia app control, and remote start. Designed for large residential saunas, club lounges, and light-commercial wellness installations from 390 to 600 cubic feet.

Why the 10 kW Size
The Club 10 kW is rated for cabins between 390 and 600 cubic feet, best for large residential saunas, club lounges, and light-commercial wellness installations. For larger cabins step up to the Club 12.5 or 15 kW; for residential sizing see the standard Harvia Virta sibling line.
Digital vs Mechanical Control, Four Paths
The Club is offered with four different control architectures so you can match the heater to how your facility actually runs day-to-day:
- Xenio Smart Control (Tier 2, recommended), bundles the Harvia Xenio CX power unit (CX30 for the 10 kW Club, CX45 for the 12.5 / 15 kW Club). The Xenio CX ships with WiFi built in and connects to the MyHarvia smartphone app for remote start, scheduling, and operational monitoring on the commercial floor.
- Xenio + Fenix Upgrade (Tier 3), adds the Harvia Fenix FX004XW Touchscreen Display on top of the Xenio CX. Harvia's next-generation control UI; longest-runway platform investment as Harvia transitions from Xenio to Fenix across the product line.
- 60-Minute Mechanical Control (Tier 4), bundles the Harvia F-2T thermostat (combined 60-minute mechanical timer dial and temperature dial in a single panel) with a heavy-duty FX404 (240V 1-Phase) or FX503 (208V 3-Phase) contactor box. Preferred for facilities that want a built-in auto-shutoff timer for unattended sessions, with no networked components or app dependency. Priced the same as the Xenio Tier 2 bundle, no premium for choosing mechanical.
- On/Off Mechanical Control (Tier 5), bundles the simpler Harvia F-T thermostat (temperature dial only, no built-in timer) with the same FX404 / FX503 contactor box. Old-school analog control at its most basic, the operator turns the heater on manually and shuts it off manually at the end of the session. Same total price as the Xenio Tier 2 and the 60-Minute Mechanical Tier 4; choose this tier when an external timer / lockout is handled elsewhere in your facility's controls.
Tier 4 and Tier 5 are priced identically. The only difference between them is whether the bundled thermostat is the F-2T (60-minute timer + temp) or the F-T (temp dial only).
Sauna Stones
Every "Heater + Control + Stones" package (and the Fenix Upgrade tier) ships with 4 boxes of Harvia AC3000 standard sauna stones, olivine diabase, 5–10 cm size grade, 20 kg (44 lb) per box. AC3000 is the heat-tested stone grade Harvia ships with every sauna heater across the residential and commercial lines.
Installation & Electrical Requirements
The Club 10 kW requires a dedicated heavy-duty circuit wired by a licensed electrician familiar with commercial sauna installations. 240V 1-Phase service requires 41.7 Amps (6 Gauge Copper); 208V 3-Phase service requires 27.8 Amps per leg (10 Gauge Copper). Always defer to the included Harvia installation manual and your local AHJ for final wire-size and overcurrent-protection requirements. The Club is UL Listed.

About the Harvia Club Family
Harvia Club is the company's commercial-grade floor-standing sauna heater, a rugged stainless steel housing with industrial-grade stainless heating elements, sized for the demanding duty cycles of gyms, hotel spas, club lounges, wellness centers, and the largest multi-bench residential cabins. Available in 10 kW, 12.5 kW, or 15 kW output, each in either 240V 1-Phase or 208V 3-Phase service.
