The Harvia Vega Compact 1.9 kW Electric Sauna Heater is the 1.9-kilowatt variant of Harvia's smallest electric sauna heater, designed to run on 120V 1-Phase service and heat sauna cabins from 70 to 106 cubic feet of interior volume. Best for very small saunas, infrared-to-traditional conversions, and tiny single-person cabins that can run on a standard 120V household circuit. Built-in dial control with timer means no external controller is required, turn the dial, the sauna heats up.

Why the 1.9 kW 120V Size
The Vega Compact 1.9 kW is rated for sauna cabins between 70 and 106 cubic feet, best for very small saunas, infrared-to-traditional conversions, and tiny single-person cabins that can run on a standard 120V household circuit. Calculate your cabin volume as interior length × width × height. If the cabin includes a glass door or window, add roughly 25% to the calculated cubic footage to compensate for radiant heat loss. For sauna cabins larger than 106 cu ft, step up to the Vega Compact 3.5 kW (240V) sibling product.

Sauna Stones
Every "Vega With Stones" package ships with one box of Harvia AC3000 standard sauna stones, olivine diabase, 5–10 cm size grade, 20 kg (44 lb) per box. AC3000 is the correct stone size for the Vega Compact's smaller stone bed. The 5–10 cm size grade packs more densely than the larger AC3020 grade, giving you more thermal mass and more even löyly. If you prefer to source stones locally, pick the "Just Heater" package; stones are sold separately.
Installation & Electrical Requirements
The Vega Compact 1.9 kW requires a dedicated 120V 1-Phase circuit (15.9 Amps, 12 Gauge Copper (20A circuit)) wired by a licensed electrician. The Vega Compact is UL Listed and must be installed per the included manual and local electrical code. Consult the PDF manual below before framing-in.

About the Harvia Vega Compact Family
Harvia Vega Compact is Harvia's smallest electric sauna heater, engineered for the tightest residential sauna footprints. The compact form factor makes it perfect for infrared-cabin conversions to traditional Finnish sauna, single-person closet saunas, and any installation where wall space is at a premium.
The signature Vega Compact feature is the 1.9 kW 120V variant, one of the only true Finnish-style traditional sauna heaters on the U.S. market that runs on a standard household 120V circuit (a typical 20-amp residential outlet, no electrician callout required to upgrade the panel). For slightly larger cabins, the 3.5 kW 240V variant extends Vega Compact sizing up to about 175 cubic feet.
