Installation Notes

Steam systems require a licensed plumber and licensed electrician for installation. The steam generator needs a 240V dedicated electrical circuit (amperage depends on kW), a cold-water plumbing connection, and a drain line. The steam head and control are installed during the shower's rough-in phase. We can recommend a Thermasol-certified installer in most regions — contact us if you'd like an installer referral.

Warranty

Thermasol products carry the manufacturer's residential limited warranty. PRO Series III steam generator tanks carry a 25-year limited warranty against leaks; electronic and moving parts carry shorter terms. Commercial-use warranty terms differ — contact us for the specific warranty document on the product you select.
